Came here on Friday dinner. We arrived before rush hour so was able to be seated right away. The vegetarians combo for 2 was enough food for 3 people. The food was so good!
This was a spontaneous visit before getting on the road. It was a warm, cozy experience. The ambiance is absolutely gorgeous along with the food experience. We were treated with kindness and care with good conversation and recommendations. The honey wine was top notch. The food was plentiful and tasty. I loved the sambusa as I’ve always had it with lentils. Theirs includes veggies with a nice consistency. Look forward to returning on purpose and on a spring day. I would enjoy hosting a gathering of some sort here.
Delicious food. Huge plates (they look smaller on the pictures). House tea was very good ...
Staff were lovely and friendly, really nice ambiance and the food was excellent. Great starters, the sharing platters are always worth it, and the house tea had a great flavor!
One of my favorite spots in the neighborhood. Been coming here about 2 years now, and the food is always great. Which is why I think it’s important to note that last night the food was even more on point than normal that it compelled me to write this review. ask for the awaze sauce on the side too, you won’t regret it.
Excellent Ethiopian food, plus a nice selection of Ethiopian honey wines and beers. Terrific mix of meat and veggie dishes with spot-on injera. Service was a bit slow but they were busy the night we dined there; worth the wait, for sure.
This is a lovely Ethiopian restaurant if you are a vegetarian. This spot should be at the top of your list of places to try.
Never had Ethiopian food before and this place was great!! Had the BK special and we definitely be will be returning! The staff were super friendly and gave us recs and gluten free injera too! The plants and decor was very pretty as well. Will be recommending this place to everyone I know! Definitely worth it!!!
